To explain the Main Floor/First Floor thing, in most construction plans for buildings the Main Floor will always be the one on the ground. While the First Floor is up in the “air” above the Main Floor. 👷

i have been enjoying your content for years i empathize with the struggle of not feeling good enough and i’m glad therapy has been a help for you 🙂 i think everyone should at some point should try therapy whether it be for minor or major issues as it’s always good to learn about ourselves how we as individuals work and what we can do to improve the struggles we face <3

Everyone needs to chill out about better help… Just don’t use better help if you don’t trust it. Don’t get pissed about Danny doing a sponsor that every other youtuber or podcast host. Y’all gotta relax… maybe try better help I been hearing really good things about it.

Like many Gregs in these comments, I have had a terrible experience with Better Help.
They first paired me with a therapist who did not meet my requirements.
They second paired me with a new therapist who quit working there 3 days into my work with her.
Then I was paired with a new therapist who would not answer any of my concerns (ie she would quit and leave me like the last one, that there might be cultural communication differences as I wasn’t from America and all the therapists I was given were American, that I was here for a specific purpose I wanted to talk about etc) she just flat ignored them. She said she read my diary entries on the app but ignored almost everything I said in them. I would send her a message and she would assume me listing my hobbies meant I was stressed (I wasn’t) and I craved stress (again, my hobbies relax me and I wasn’t stressed). She kept trying to diagnose me (even though one of my concerns was my mum kept doing just that). And this was all before we talked on the phone!
It was only when we talked in person that she realised she admitted been wrong and rather than go back to the actual issues I signed up for, she kept gaslighting me saying I was being too emotional for her to deal with me (after she accused me of being bipolar before she ever talked to me and finally realised she was wrong), and she fired me as her client rather than face the embarrassment. I just kept saying “please, I need help!” But she just hung up on me.
It was horrendous. I felt a thousand times worse afterwards
