what i do for avoiding ads is: blocking permission to the app to use mobile data and then i turn off the wifi, so the ads never load so you dont have to see them.

BetterHelp doesn’t vet their “therapists” to the point where I’ve seen people find out that the people helping them aren’t even licensed. As a big creator, please do more research into your sponsors. These services are more than bad, they are taking advantage of an extremely vulnerable population and hurting them. Disappointed to see you take money from them.

In a lot of places in Europe, ground floor = main floor or entrance floor and the floor above that = 1st floor. So they didn’t get it wrong, there was just a culture gap
