Well, in countries other than the US (or at least where I live) the floor numbering system is, in fact, ground floor > first floor > second floor, and so on.

That AI was surprisingly sophisticated while also making very strange errors. Like misspelling a word that you said to it and having no idea about the Capital of Maine. The conspiracy theorist in me makes me feel like the app was created for real creepy men to have explicit conversations with teen girls.
