Weird thing is, guys tend to give me super bad anxiety, so mine is a lady therapist. But she thinks I don’t need therapy even though I often feel hopeless and suicidal because of having nightmares and flashbacks of my trauma. Yep. Super don’t need a therapist. Laughable.
