it’s an English thing, but I’ve only really heard it starting as “Ground floor”

In British English, and other languages as well, the ground floor is the floor that is on the ground, while the 1st floor is the floor directly above it. Might clear up the confusion.

Your main/first/second floor in game experience was my real life nightmare. I moved to Berlin, Germany to be an au pair for a year and when I had to fill out government paperwork I was told it was on the 2nd floor. I wandered around for at least 20 minutes before deciding to try the next floor, finding the room I was looking for, and having the worker explain to me that in most European countries the ground floor is zero or the main floor and they count up from there.

love your content and this video, and i’m certain you had no idea and meant no harm, but betterhelp is pretty shitty. there’s more comments with better and more specific info on the logistics, but my personal experience with them was rough. i was going through a hard time and talked to someone on there and they not only took two days to respond, but when they did they just kept saying “i’m listening” over and over again. their only real piece of advice was that i should remember how lucky i am to be so privileged and that i should be grateful for what i have. i don’t know if you can apologize as that could put you in legal trouble, but i have no doubt that if you see these comments, you won’t partner with them again. either way, i’m glad you’re getting that bag. love you danny, can’t wait for more vids
