Not sure if someone already commented this but the floor confusion in the granny app is because it’s British. In the UK the american first floor is called the main floor and then the 2nd is the first lol

in UK the first floor is what you would call the second floor and what you would call the first floor is the ground floor so maybe that is what that was about
