The creator of the Granny app must not be american, other countries label their floors differently, usually the ground floor is like floor zero or, as in this game “main floor” and then the next level up, what we would call the second level, is actually “first floor”. that game looked decent though for what it was.

Lmao in the granny game the reason the floors are named differently is because Spanish speakers (not all maybe?) call the 1st floor the “ground” or “main” floor” and the 2nd floor the “first” and so on
