BetterHelp storytime i got a therapist who after one session diagnosed me with bipolar (i do have it but she didnt even know that) and then when i vented about my grandma for like 10 minutes she said my grandma’s formal bipolar diagnosis was actually some other disorder and also half the time i had appointments she was watching her kid as in her kid was in her lap and she’d encourage her kid to wave to me which made it really hard to talk about how i wanted to die and my like abuse trauma since some 5 year old was hearing everything i was saying (she did not use headphones) also im pretty sure she was just some person who was not actually licensed she just kept trying to diagnose me with a ton of different things but like didnt believe me when i told her my actual diagnoses i ghosted her after like 4 appointments LOL
