Here follows a copy paste from polygon explaining the terms of service from better help:
“The terms of service explicitly state that the company can’t guarantee a professional or even licensed professionals.

“We do not control the quality of the Counselor Services and we do not determine whether any Counselor is qualified to provide any specific service as well as whether a Counselor is categorized correctly or matched correctly to you,””

Ngl never looked at Danny’s comments and I actually came here to put a comment about the main floor/first floor thing. Which has already been made by someone else. However as someone who is a very casual watcher of this guys content. I just want to say to you all how fucking lovely and polite you’re being with your criticisms about this betterhelp situation
I remember there was a thing a few years back about them not vetting people properly. Please tell me that’s not still happening? Or are people getting upset over and old contraversy bc I feel like that happened a good 3/4 years ago at least. I would of hoped in that time, the company would of made changes.

But anyway, just want to say you’re l great and it’s nice seeing a comment section that isn’t just hating in someone for making what could be a simple mistake.

Someone whos been a greg for a few yrs now im glad to see the comments correcting danny about better help so nicely and not attacking him! I hope danny addresses this because he may not have been aware but from all the controversies about BH i have seen its safe to say its not the best choice of action.
Its indeed a fast way to get a therapist but for the price it charges you i think as a patient u deserve more reliable support
