Fun fact in some countries (like Ireland, where I’m from) it’s typical for the “first floor” of a building to be called the ground floor, and for the “second floor” to actually be called the first. Idk maybe the game devs for the bad granny game were from a country that do that.

In the UK the bottom floor is called the ground floor and the floor above it is the first floor – this is similar to what it is in the granny game. I feel like it was translated from some foreign language into British English.
