The granny one seems like hello neighbor. Also, outside of the US (at least as far as the UK) our floor one is their ground floor and our floor 2 is their floor 1.

The granny game might have had the second floor called the first floor because of translation. For example in French, the lowest floor is called the ground floor and then next floor up starts with the numbering, even though in English, we start numbering on the lowest floor.

Betterhelp is NOT a good company to work with and have been repeatedly shunned and spoken out about. For years people have even brought this to the attention of creators so how they’re still working with people and why these creators keep accepting money to promote such a horrible and uncaring company is baffling.

Also, in the UK we call the “second floor” the “first floor” and the “first floor” we call the “ground floor” so really that part of the video is just Danny being that typical American forgetting that the rest of the world isn’t America.
