10:06 in lots of english dialects other than american, the floor level above the literal ground is usually called the first floor while the one below is the ground floor. no idea how they decided on main floor though

The main floor thing is typical European. We don’t start with first floor. It goes main floor (called Erdgeschoss in my language), then first, second etc

Also wanted to chime in about how awful BetterHelp is. They’re currently under investigation by the FTC and being forced to talk to the Senate for selling patient data. They also underpay their therapists, overcharge their customers by forcing them to pay for the entire subscription at once (even if they don’t need additional therapy – a real therapist would *never do this*) and force therapists meet a specific word count.

Betterhelp isn’t helping people with mental health problems, they’re exploiting them.
