I’m having this deja-vu moment… Wasn’t Better Help unders some controvesity some years ago for poor service qnd hiring unspecialized individuals and people kept having bad experiences with the app? 9:52 in the UK we actually commonly call the bottom floor the ground floor and the next one up is the first floor. (it doesnt make much sense to be but thats how we do it) but thats mainly in bigger buildings like car parks. But in houses it would normally be just upstairs and downstairs likee any other normal person
