About the granny game- i think they label floors like that in the UK? Also! For cheap games with soo many ads, usually you can just turn on airplane mode and play with no worries and no ads.

With the floors on granny, it might be because it’s a british company, we use ground floor, first floor, second floor. Or if you go down, basement one, basement two.
