Yeah ik everyone is talking about Betterhelp but I wanted to mention 9:57 that its actually pretty normal in a lot of countries to refer to the “first floor” as “floor zero” or “the main/ground floor” and then the floor above that the first floor. I know some European countries do it so that just shows the game was probably made not in the US at least

Not sure if anyone already commented this but British people call the first floor “the ground floor” and the floor above it “the first floor”. So maybe the app developers were following that naming convention 🤷🏽‍♀️
