The thing with the floors is something people in the UK or Germany usually do. We call the “first floor” ground floor and the one above that first floor

The main floor – first floor (or sometimes called ground floor) is a British thing as far as I know, we learnt it in school when we were talking about American and British English differences. Also in Europe we learn Standard British English in school as “English” so that is why it is the norm for us.

What America calls the first floor is called the ground floor or floor 0 in the european system, and the ‘second’ floor in america is called the first floor. most countries use the European way.

Hey Danny, better help is not good. I’m not blaming you but the therapists on the app will often take the money and ghost you, be unprofessional, share your personal convos and data, be shady af and not actually be licensed. There’s been a lot of reports of therapists being rude/discriminatory and downplaying peoples trauma.
