I’m going to guess the bad grandma game was made by French developers. In French the first floor is called the main floor and the second floor is called the first floor. My French class was actually useful!

I remember when I worked in france. I spent about 40 minutes looking around the main floor for my office. Someone had to show me where it was and I was so mad that it was on the “second” floor
