if the game doesn’t need internet connection to play you can turn off your wifi/mobile data on your device and the ads shouldn’t pop up 🙂

Fun fact: it’s typical for certain European countries to not properly count in the first floor. Different countries have different names for it but yeah, we usually start counting from the second floor onwards

The granny game is probably from a British game developer because in Britain we say ground/main floor, and the “second floor” is the first floor.

The sponsorship with BetterHelp and the segment about the floors doesn’t sit right with me. Kinda shows a lack of basic research, at least to me. He’s good natured and I’m sure he doesn’t mean I’ll by it, but it rubs me the wrong way.

Maybe the developer of the game is from outside the US and that’s why he used the terms main floor and first floor. For example, here in Romania we use the word “parter”(doesn’t have an equivalent in English) for the first floor and first floor for the second floor. I’m not sure in how many other countries they do this but it may be an Europe thing
