in germany we actually do call it the “ground floor” which would be your first floor and your second floor is what we call the first floor. so makes sense to me 😂

I’m going to give Danny the benefit of the doubt and say he probably was unaware of the controversy regarding BetterHelp. I literally had no idea myself until I saw some of these comments noting how bad it was. Hopefully Danny learns from this and chooses not to work with them next time :’) Thanks to everyone in the comments for the heads up!

Danny you were definitely talking to real people. For the quality of the app there’s no way they have the money to pay for the type of natural language processing you were getting back. Congrats on the new friends!
