anything that smells bad when I buy somthing I would try and put it in a box full of bounce sheets one time we bought a board game second hand stunk so bad like cigarettes tossed those sheets in there fixed the problem for us personally.

That’s one reason I’m not interested in the Apple silicone cases. They don’t seem like they’d offer much protection. They seem more like “skins” than cases, IMO.
