I think I remember reading about Apple issuing a patent for the „digital touch wheel“. 🤔
“this is worth more than me”
Brick… we who remember the true name Arkanoid.
it was useless at the time when it launched
FYI: These days, one million dollars is not even that much money. One million dollars is equal to $50,000 a year for the next 20 years. Surely, you will make a lot more than that in your lifetime.
This video was chalk full of ads. 2 from you & 3 from YT. Overkill
This is fantastic Luke. If you could do more prototype vids, that would be greatly appreciated. 🙂
Brick, ah my iPod nano friend. Clearly the just ported nano UI over.
Who is dumb enough to buy it?
7:33 just pure gold reaction 😭
Take a shot every time he says “Half a million dollar iPhone”
yea it’s probably not worth more than you your channel has exploded keep up the great work
wow so it’s 15 years + 4 months (Nokia released the N95 in late 2006, I am also ignoring the 7710 which was a fully touchscreen smartphone in 2004) from when the first true (modern) smartphone was launched (28 years since the first technical smartphone operating as a computer was released) . the N95 had a better camera than the iphone (with 5MP + Zeiss optics no less) was 3g instead of 2g, had a good wifi connection and GPS. But it was majorly let down by the small screen and Symbian OS which had few apps and was a bugger to write programs for. Nokia then made the idiotic descision to stick with symbian even for their full-screen interface touch phones (the xpressmusic which came out very shortly after the iphone1).
But Nokia stuck with the poor OS and never really advertised their products effectively to the new market (like the windows phone which had a lot of features Apple later implemented like the image/file sharing between devices etc.) and down the tubes they went.
Wow putting the 2 phone in front and placing the value on them really made me want to push Myself foward a lot AF. I AINT GONNA BE WORTH LESS THAN 2 OLD ASS iPHONES AT ALL!
Remember when the iphone first launched and most of the videos on YouTube weren’t playable? Ah the good old days.
This is interesting. Apparently Steve Jobs was really obsessed with this 1 button concept and was rejecting concepts for the iPhone 2G left, right and centre! Looking forward to some more content 🙂
