Looks like asus is kicking amd away from their every incredibly designed laptops or maybe intel is paying them to keep it that way. Last year asus had some incredible laptops with amd chips inside and this year every one of them are replaced by intel chips. Maybe they will make an excuse of chip shortage from amd side. But then again how can youtubers happily justify less performance with more price and happily do marketing for them? This has become a very toxic eco system, showing no regards for the subscribers and their hard earned money. And I don’t know when this shit show will end.
i Love the size and design but the cpu isn’t impressive
Looks great, even sleeker than last year model but that switch to Intel chip is honestly disappointing
Wow Tom that thing is so expensive, for that size and the anaemic power I felt better about wanting a Galaxybook 3 pro !!! Thanks for the video 😊
Last yr’s version was a better improvement like tbh this looks like a big step back compared to last yr’s Zenbook S Oled except in terms of battery then this version slaps.
I live in a Tropical Country. I will
take a Fan any day. 😊
I got last year’s model due to a few YouTubers reviews (including yours) and I honestly use it more than my desktop nowadays. It’s been a huge game changer for me and I love it!
What a pity Asus went back to Intel. 😭
The Ryzen 7 6800U in last year’s model was far and away the best CPU in its class but sadly unobtanium and available in very few laptops. The identical part is back in AMD’s 2023 line up as the Ryzen 7 7736U and it would have been a much better performer than the Intel processor here. The AMD part can switch between 15W and 28W (not 20W max like the Intel), it’s way more efficient, runs cooler and the integrated graphics are soooo much more powerful. Shame but this is still a lovely premium laptop though. When all’s said and done, few users will miss the extra power and efficiency of the AMD in real life use (other than battery life).
Why choose intel ?? Amd is the clear winner in slim laptops
“There is a big butt here…” 2:20
Well, that answers the “are you a boobs or butt guy” question pretty accurately.
Idk why laptop manufacturers always opt for intel in their thin and light laptops. Amd would have been the better choice imo.
I7 1355u is an insanely impressive soc with delivering 10% faster cpu performance than apple m2 and same gpu performance as m1 8 core gpu.
That is really good with an 2.8k oled display!!!!
How about the speaker 🔊 i wish it’s better than last year
Have you ever feel or notice when you charge asus laptop at 100% and you leave it idk for 2 days or even hours like 12 hours and you turned on and its like 95%, i mean when the laptop its turned off the battery drain, i have the asus vivobook s14 k3402za and this is a problem that i have, idk if you could help me, Thanks
WOW…razor thin amazing laptop 🙂 expensive :/
I’ve always loved the zen of the ZenBook every since the whole Ultrabook craze started, but they never been able to nail down the down the price to performance ratio when compared to their competition and it’s the reason I’ve never bought one.
why go back to Intel!!!!!!!why Asus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise is a perfect travel laptop for me………
Is that a ROG Phone 7 in the background?
These laptops are pointless garbage
I have a 2019 ASUS ZenBook S15 and it’s been solid as a rock, so I wouldn’t hesitate to pick up one of these if I was in the market. It’s kind of refreshing to say I don’t need the new one because the old one still works so well.
