Should’ve just given the iphone 11 the a15, 5g, and magsafe. The iphone 11 is just as old as the iphone 8 was when the SE 2 came out. It would’ve been one of the best selling iphones of all time.

Apple doesn’t play it right. Other companies take a special care about “midrange” phones or the phones under the flagships because they are the really selling phones but apple is doing it like they are forced to!

Actually, they’re heavily advertised in Turkey and other middle eastern countries! Infact, if you go to Apple’s website, you would see the new SE above the 13 unlike the US website. And same goes for billboards and ads and whatnot.

I’m guessing the SE 3 isn’t really towards the US or any western country but rather for countries with lower income. You’ve got to realize that the US isn’t the only market for Apple in the world and there is a sizable chunk of it like India and whatnot that Apple *really* wants to tap into, and this is their best bet of doing so, rather then promoting premium flagship phones there, a place where the competition is mainly made up of cheap budget flagship-killer phones.

maybe if they used the XR model, they could keep the ips screena and the low resolution that it has, but atleast would be a visual upgrade

The SE form factor doesn’t make sense anymore, the IPhone 11 isn’t much bigger, has a larger screen and will be on clearance sale now. It needs an overhaul, maybe take a XR or 11 chassis and slap new logic board and cameras into the slots, jobs done. Maybe keep the SE 3 around as a super budget option?
