Keeping the home button is a good decision. It seperates the SE from the premium phones. But the lack of upgrades is a serious dealbreaker for this thing.

I feel like apple could have switched things up with the SE 3. Such as: Bigger screen at 6.1 inches, A much larger battery thats bigger than the 2000 MaH one in the se 3, Listening to peoples cons on the last se and fixing kt but with the phone having a diffrent look. When i saw the launch of the se 3 i was really disappointed that apple literally just barely made any changes to the phone. As an android users perspective i feel like this could be one of apples worst phones of all time

People should stop dissing the SE3- it’s more powerful than the 12 Pro Max, crazy cheap, and has a home button. I love FaceID and want a phone with it, but my brand new SE3 will last me years. And hey, it’s $400. Let’s say you’re not made of money, but want an iPhone. You could go buy an 8, or, get the same phone as the 8, but, it’s as powerful as a 13. If my SE3 has the same lifespan as the 8 has, then that’s why I want it.

I feel like the point of the se line is to offer a budget phone while being able to give people what they want aka new features I know that when the se 2 came out the iPhone X was brand new but now that face scanning and no home button has been here for a while apple should have used a xr or 11 case to put the components in

I think apple make a new phone like iPhone se plus with xr body and screen. Without ficeid and give a side fingerprint with this combination apple hit much more ❤️🥺
