I don’t want to be that guy bringing up that HE wouldn’t have allowed such flaws to make it to market. But really, Apple needs to up their game on stuff just being “right” again.

At these prices I’m expecting a productivity device, not a consumption one. The keyboard and trackpad need to be great, if not perfect.

I’m writing this as I’m looking at my butterfly MBP steadily dying, already having consumed my extended warranty keyboard repair.

Been an Apple user all my life. Not in the least because I never needed to think about them as machines with possible flaws. I’d just buy a new one at some point because I wanted to, not needed to.

Now having to approach them as devices, like all other devices. Putting effort into researching whether or not I’m okay with whatever is the thing wrong with this one or that one. Is putting me off.
