This channel has gotten so boring last year
Yeah… same thing happened when my sistet asked about which Macbook is better.
In the end, we chose 8GB + 512GB.
It just have better value
My MacBook Pro 13 m1 after 7months and 43 cycles has 100% of battery health.
That means, at this rate, the Mac Studio review will be the ULTIMATE DEFINITIVE REVIEW
Nice Grand Seiko!
Even my fully speced M2 Air is slow compared to M1 Pro. Weird. Getting the 14 fully spaced to 4TB, M1 Max, 32GB. AUD$2000 for me, but worth it.
One of your best videos ever. Seriously. Thorough and fair as always.
Isn’t those what’ve compared the MacBook Air to? This is a MacBook Air! Two years after the release of the M1 version. In supply chain constraints , shipping constraints , inflationary conditions worldwide, increased shipping costs etc etc etc, you cannot honesty expect prices in 2020 to be the same as 2022, not even bread is the same prices as two years ago. Be realistic. I found this review to be a well detailed piece of junk. Hope it gets you more subscribers and positive comments.
Exactly my opinion. For all these reasons I took the Pro. The SD slot is worth the 100$ more.
Great review! Thats what I‘m subscribed for
Very interesting review as always. Thanks for sharing!
One thing that I think a lot of reviewers have been missing when saying “This laptop is $200 more than the previous version” is to remember the inflation happening in the world right now. Go to a USD inflation calculator and punch in $999 in 2020 to see what it’s worth now… $1140. Pretty darn close to the $1199 the M2 MBA costs, especially since it’ll likely hit that number in the next 6 months. If Apple kept this machine at $999 that actually would have been a huge price decrease. Everything in 2022 is more expensive than it was in 2020, this laptop isn’t immune to that. By keeping the old M1 at $999, that’s the equivalent of selling it for around $870 in 2020 dollars.
The Grand Seiko on your wrist is so distractingly beautiful.
As always, you impressed us in good points of view
Apple things are overpriced, under-featured and expensive to repair. I don’t see myself ever buying from them unless their whole attitude toward consumers changes considerably.
Excellent analysis and purchase advice, whilst giving Apple respect and credit for the great value of the M1 machines. Apple should have had more respect and done better than just offering ‘shiny shiny’ to their potential customers.
7:40 When you say ‘architecture’ you should rather say production process or (process) node as that is the standard term for what you mean
Great video. I feel like the value of the M2 Air primarily comes down to the form factor. Do you like the weight and feel enough to value that over both the M1 Air and larger MBP’s?
My 14 MBP M1 Max does not have great battery life. That’s why I plan to take the M2 MBA for a spin to see what I think. The biggest disappointment of the M2 Air that it does not support 2 monitors natively.
The best and most adequate review for M2 Air I watched. And I watched all
That was one great video!
