You should collab with Snazzy Labs over the thermal throttling issue. They found that it only throttled about 10%, which is WAY better than what you’ve published in this video. I’d love to know the source of the discrepancy.

If you need 16/512, just go M1 Pro 14”. Only a couple hundred more, and easily way better.

2:22 But, the M2, like other Apple Laptops, is sadly missing 1 feature that would make so many ppl happy. 🥁 🥁🥁🥁 a display that has Touch! That’s right, no Apple Laptop has a Touch Capable Display; & that saddens me, since Apple displays are just so nice an awesome (yes, are some exceptions, but 9n the whole, can’t deny that Apple has some EPYC awesome displays on their Laptops, & iPad Pros). So than, why no touchy on the actual display, 🤷🏼 Not a clue that I can think of, other than this: b/c we at Apple have an amazing touchpad on all our laptops that offer force touch and force sensitivity features and gestures, we don’t need a display that is touch capable, and we also offer TouchID through dedicated power button along w/ FaceID w/ higher end models……blah blah blah
Well that’s great Apple, BUT WE STILL WANT A DISPLAY THAT IS CAPABLE OF TOUCH, ALONG W/ ALL THE OTHER FEATURES MENTIONED ABOVE.
Will Apple ever give in and give us what we ALL WANT? Who knows, oh wait; Apple does…..& so, that deserves a bad 🍎 right there!
As for this video, it’s ALWAYS a GOOD 🍏, simple and done!

I do find it really interesting to watch Mac Address even as someone whose only experiences are iOS and WatchOS and actively has avoided Apple Laptops, first because it was incompatible with the stuff I need for university and then because I expected taking notes on a touch screen would be needed.

I seriously think that the M1 Air is still the best machine for most people and for design / creative students, the M2 13MBP is the way to go. In my country at least, the fan on the Pro makes a huge impact on sustained performance.

Probably the M2 would thermal throttle on me, I do 2D animation and do 3D modeling on zbrush and maya, sadly even with the student discounts, I cannot afford the MB pro 14, that could fit better my necessities -_______-U

I love my M1 MBP w/touch bar, 4k footage? no prob. 20 hours of battery life? Amazing for multiple flights. Love the “midnight ‘ color but the fingerprints are too much, and it scratches easily around the ports.
