I’ve always used Samsung, but for some reason I’ve got my hopes up for the upcoming iPhone 14. The rumoured increase in megapixels is something that has been requested for a long time now and if it happens, I don’t think Samsung will be winning as easily as it does right now. I own a Note 10+ and after the S22 Ultra reveal, I still don’t really feel the need to upgrade… just seems like another minimal spec bump. The Note-like chassis and the return of the S Pen just feels more like a cash grab than anything else, to be honest.
Apple on the other hand is allegedly changing their design – steering away from the notch (finally!) and reducing/removing the camera bump (like Samsung did), improving their build strength with a titanium chassis (in Pro models), improving their camera system, etc.
Idk, I feel like Samsung is a bit lost with their product line-up, and in my opinion, the S22 Ultra was the confirmation of that. I just hope they continue to develop their Galaxy Z series so we can see some real innovation and market pressure.

Seen a little bit of screen tearing with stabalization on s22. Ive seen this with all samsungs, still a cool feature thought or battery life was low.

From a photography/videography point of view if you are using the phone to snap a few personal photos/videos. I’d say iphone is the better choice. If your after a phone for vlogging etc I’d go withe the samsung. As a user of both I’d say samsung is more versatile in terms of options and almost as good close up quality if your not a pixel pepper. As per usual the samsung is newly released so all the complaints about quality smoothness etc will be rectified soon with firmware updates same as they did with s21. so tbh personally I think the the s22 is the overall better choice as it will be updated and has better low light 108mp etc

Ngl this video seemed a bit biased… Who would research about how much fun you can have with a camera for example? You could have included contrast and colour in seperate groups as they are much more important.

Samsung is working harder and results are mind blowing.. i really appreciate samsung camera department as well as UI 4.. and SPen decision.. but there must be a LITE model of “S22 ultra note” as a pocket friendly like note 10 lite ..
