I’ve had iPhone 4, 7 Plus, and now 13. I keep my phones for years. Honestly, I’m not amazed by 13. Loved 4, the pristine screen and the size was pocket perfect.

I’m still using my first and only IPhone 5s today, it’s smooth and functioning well, much better design than the ugly gigantic monitors common these days.

I actually hope 14 is portless. I hike a lot and having no charging port would make it much more water proof. Especially if they use resonance speakers

the small, old iPhones, just looking at them feel extremely nostalgic.
I still have the iPhone 5 and iPhone 7, and refusing to throw them away.

I remember being a little kid, seeing people walk around the city with Nokias, the small Samsung phones, iPhone 4s, iPhone 5s, up to iPhone 8s. now seeing iPhone SEs, iPhone Xs, iPhone 11s, iPhone 12s, iPhone 13s everywhere. Guess people really gotten annoyed with accidentally clicking the home button and fat frame, huh?

Only complaint? Not really a complaint, would’ve been a good point in their history to mention when Apple finally went to sim cards and the whole idea of unlocking/jailbreaking phones happened, the cyano mod and how that literally changed how they let people mess with their software when before that happened, apple wanted complete control over your device that you paid for, which also was the start of the right to repair movement. Man that was such a huge deal in their history and it literally changed how they made their phones so much so that the jailbreak community basically gave up, Android also changed their phones too to allow people to customize their phones.
Maybe you could go over the whole jailbreak thing and it’s effects on the androids and iPhones world in the Android history video I know/hope you’re gonna do.
Also, recently I saw your pixel 6 review, got one and have to say, not a good phone, couldn’t get pics and videos off my Samsung, the lack of sd card slot, headphone jack. Yeah I’m one of those…I’m a musician and Bluetooth will never replace wired headphones and IMHO it should never been taken off phones and those two issues plus the fact I immediately had lag issues, don’t know if it was the refresh rate bugging out but overall just wasn’t happy with it and sent it back after two days use. Thankfully I got it from Google and they immediately took it back, no questions asked. Tempted to go with an iPhone or an S21 ultra now.
