Dude what?? No way the difference is THAT big right? I’m listening with a Sony XM3 and it’s like the Gen 1 are muffled. Is it actually that different?

Listening on my AirPods Max and that was a remarkable comparison. gen 2 sounds so clean and i actually felt the bass. Can’t wait to try them tomorrow.

Thank you for your review videos and samples library online. Wanted to let you know that the Momentum 4 sample sounds very noisy, most likely due to recording issues, and not representing the true sound of the headphones. It makes comparison tricky.
The track is “I’ll get over you”. Hope you can fix it 🙂 THANK YOU

When you hear the difference even without headphones in 😮😮
The sound quality, especially on the phone calls, sounds so much better on the gen 2. The gen 1 sounded almost tinny compared to the gen 2. When I heard the wind sound, I thought, gee whiz, is that how I sound to the other person?? That’s not great…..

i think Apple will push a software update for these babies for lossless support cos everything hardware wise is in it … a bit like Spatial audio came a few months after the OG release and apple didn’t mention it at the time .

For the call quality portions, were you recording using the “Standard” or “Voice Isolation” mode on an iOS or Mac device, or were you recording connected to a computer?
