Appreciate the volume GUI response when swiping the stems. Good to see how much it changes the volume with each swipe. Seems like 5-8%?

That fan inclusion on the microphone test mirrors my working environment, so that was also appreciated.

BTW, Apple said “Up to 2x Noise Cancellation”, so it won’t be double all the time.

If the soundsamples are somewhat near to reality (hearing them on neutral soundsystem) I definetly prefer the sound signature of the apple airpods 2 pro over the sound signatures of other brands. Thank you for this video!

How does Apple get away with such poor microphones? Otherwise enjoy my AirPods but every call people complain that I sound like I’m in a microwave, gen 2 doesn’t sound that much clearer unfortunately.

That’s not how it works. You can’t hear sound difference between the mic you used to record it and the device you’re playing it on..

Was getting ready to replace my Gen 1’s with Beat Fit Pro because they sounded better. Now that’s I’m hearing the Gen 2 I’m on the fence. I will compare them at the Apple store. I’m more about the music sound than better noise cancellation. I use my Gen 1’s for music, phone calls, Teams meetings, etc. It’s basically all day for 5 days a week. They sound horrible after all these years, just all mids and highs with no bass.
