I used to work on these MacBook’s. Granted, I mainly worked on the 2012, 2013 and 2015 MacBook pros. The majority of the issues I repaired were due to overheating, and water damage. The housing/form factor is absolutely terrible when it comes to airflow. I never once considered on buying one of these, but they do look nice.

Before the M2 MacBook Air I had the 2017 Intel MacBook Air and oh my god it is a massive upgrade and I ended up giving my old laptop to my mom 🙂
