Dude, I pre-ordered Iphone 13 Pro Max. Finally received it on Friday Oct 1st. I was switching from android after 10 years to iphone and was so stoked about this phone, but after using it for three days, requested for return. First thing about this phone is that it’s a ridiculously big and super heavy (it’s 240g). when I was holding it with two hand to type (fast) with two thumbs, its weight leans the top portion of the phone downward, specially with those boxy edges even with Apple’s original silicon case on it, I could barely hold on to the phone. and most importantly I could feel its weight on my arms and specially my neck that when I put the phone down, draw sigh of relief from heavy force on my neck (at the end of the day neck strain is easily noticeable if you use the phone for long period of time). it’s ergonomically terrible.
My experience with UI itself, also, wasn’t as intuitive and user friendly as android. like, missing of back button is annoying, most of the time for going back you would need to reach to the top of the screen of a bigass phone or swipe down for using one-handed mode to be able to go back. and many more lackluster such as not having access to media control center in notification for play and pause, also, experience of using Google services such as YouTube, Google Maps, Gboard and chrome is not fun at all. apps are not well optimised for ios, specially for LTPO 120Hz display, scrolling through the apps is laggy and YouTube most of the time wouldn’t open searched videos, no matter how many times I tapped on screen.
overall, I’m sad that my first experience of using Iphone was not what I was expecting.

I consider the screen the most important part of a phone. It’s the only thing your eyes are gonna be set on pretty much at all times, so great screen = great experience. Then there’s the battery.

So the phone is not shipping a fast charger nor headphone…how do u expect them to grow prices….they are already looting in the name of saving environment..really want to save environment then bring new phones every two years as phones hardly adding anything in a year of time, now that will be real environment friendly.

Stop exaggerating the 120 refresh rate. I’m coming from iPhone x and recently iphone SE. The refresh rate isn’t that big of a deal, I don’t see a drastic difference just because of the 120 refresh rate. It’s performing how a new phone should. I am loving the new iPhone 13 Pro, but I see everyone exaggerating the 120 refresh rate and it’s not as huge difference as hyped, from my opinion. FYI – Have been using iPhone since the 3gs ages.
