I’m sorry. 120 Hz screen is necessary. I’ve been ruined by my iPad Pro and Samsung Galaxy S20+ screen. I cannot go back to anything lower than that. It feels gross.

What do you mean Apple didn’t jack up the prices? They took the charger and headphones out of the box which come at an extra cost, so yes, they did jack up the prices only they did it without you realizing it!

This felt like a fair take on the 13 series. Even as an Android user, I’m not sure how many more things I’d want out of a phone beyond just basic improvements.

My theory as to why the prices don’t go higher than the $999 Dave mentioned is because of the App Store. The iPhone is the perfect door into the world of the App Store, and Apple makes a metric ton of money through the app store with every purchase, so really they don’t HAVE to increase the price b/c one new customer locked into an iPhone downloading apps is essentially a recurring revenue stream.
