Honestly i think 1000$ for a phone (especially an iphone) is overpriced af.
My tab S6 was 650€ incl. earphones and had a battery life, similar to the current iphone, 2 years ago. Sure, it is bigger.. but it also has 4 speakers, bigger screen and costs only half as much now.
120Hz and camera is nothing a phone really NEEDS. The premium price is mainly the brand..

Dave’s comment on the 120hz panel is intersting. I kinda disagree with the sense that people will get ‘used’ to it. I agree that you do get used to it on a device you regularly use but it’s when you switch to another device that it becomes apparent. I’ve personally noticed this for many many years now switching between a 144hz PC monitor to 60hz laptop panels. My partner recently got an S21 and her 120hz panel is defintely noticeable to me. All in all, I agree that some people will get used to it but I’m all for having more high refresh rate devices out there as I tend to notice a drop in refresh rates now

I am sorry sir, but it is not a novelty to have a high refresh rate on your device. Especially when 200 dollar devices have at least 90hz, since last year. Comments like those are the reason Apple gets away with putting a high refresh rate until now. Your comments sway people’s opinions. A little more objectivity please.
