Finally someone mentioned – against all this “Apple sells the same sh*t for higher prices every year!!1” nonsense – that Apple hasn’t increased the price in FOUR years. Not a single other phone company has done this. They all increased the prices except Apple.
And also thank you for saying that the 13 Pro is not just the same as the 12 but actually has some huge improvements on the fundamental stuff. It’s so annoying that people claim that it’s just the exact same phone only because it LOOKS the same. That’s pure nonsense.

Dude they removed the charger, earphones, box size,etc that’s why the price remained same. Do some research before boasting isheep videos. Given your experience that is the most basic thing.

I sometimes feel the NAM youtubers don’t get exposed to lot of stuff available here in Asia.

Industry will follows? We have 5k mah battery flagships common here. Mid tier phones go upto 7k mah. Industry will follow the suit? 🤷🏻‍♂️ They are already putting in big batteries that give 7-8-9hour SOT on flagships. More on mid budget phones for years.
Also as an iPhone 12 Pro Max user who bought S21Ultra earlier this year, 120hz is definitely not novelty. It made 12 Pro Max feel slow. And more so than games, it’s the UI and browser/Instagram/Twitter/messengers that feel smoother, faster, snappier.

It made me stop using my iPhone for those things and eventually sell it off. Glad that Apple is finally on 120hz train and it’s much bigger deal than bigger battery on Max IMHO. 12 Pro Max already had great battery.

A dad hard grinding on a mobile MOBA pokemon themed, just to impress his child and become the school legend we all wanted to be.

That kid is gonna have an awsome childhood.

Pricewise, iPhone is not going up in value just because iPhone 6 was by far the most sold phone in history, braking nokia records that remained untouched for decades.
That drastically saturated the iPhone market, that remained difficult to brake for them, since then. Just look at sales curves for iPhone since 2016. Further increase in price would mean lowering chances people decide to upgrade to the new generation.

I assume that this year iteration was just a move targeted to generate a significant lower sales number, in order to unfreeze their current situation and restart from next year. I mean, litterally no one has a reason to buy iPhone 13 over 12. They decided to make it basically an iPhone 12++ for a reason guys, cmon. It’s still Apple, they know their shit.

You need to understand most people don’t like iPhone but they use it because in the US they’re almost free with any phone service, you bring your old broken phone they give you an iPhone, you purchase one they give you an extra iPhone for free. If it wasn’t for that and because the only other option in the US is samsung (can’t get xiaomi, huawei, vivo, oppo) then Apple would really up their game.

I’ve watched SO MANY iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max videos over the last week. What’s funny to me is the only times I ever hear that it’s more like an “S” version are from people trying to dispel that notion. “People are saying it’s more like a 12s.” So many Youtubers have said this. It’s like, who are these people saying that it’s more like an “S” version?

YOOO I’m addicted to Pokemon Unite too! I definitely feel like the touch screen for the game is way quicker. I’ve been playing on the iPad Mini 6.
