This fits well with my experience, I even tried to switch to the s22 plus because I missed some android aspects but battery life, build, and my family’s reliance on icloud and the photos app dragged me back in…that and AT&T’s really poor customer service that couldn’t port my number correctly and made me need to return the s22 in order to get rid of a second line. Anyway, I may have even been a little harder on the camera and files situation, lifelong iOS users don’t know what they’re missing, and I’ll keep missing it because the rest of this phone is so good.

The 13 Pro is an awesome phone and my dream phone to be exact. I couldn’t afford it now but I will someday. I see it as an investment as it could last for a long time compared to an android phone. Also, it will surely be helpful in my job as IOS is more optimised to apps than android phones.

As always, great job, Eber! Long term reviews are a pleasing vid if it’s from you guys. Excellent content!

I was a long term android fan and user for the past 10 years but I switched to the iPhone 12 pro Max and haven’t looked back it’s way more superior in my opinion

I really on the bridge on switching to an iPhone. Waiting for that USB-C.
Up until now, I used an iPad. Never felt the need to have in a ecosystem with my Pixel 5. Google services are synced everywhere anyways, Which I loved.
But I’ve been just super curious about the ecosystem since getting the new MacBook Pro from work. I swear I love this laptop. My poor custom build pc doesn’t even get any playtime anymore

Honestly the customisation being limited isn’t even a problem

I never got rainmeter or wallpaper engine on my pc and I never plan to

And cutom app icons eh screw it, I’m not spending much time staring at my home screen I’m purely using it to get into an app. Iphones may be stupid simple in features but thats why they’re great

Not my first iPhone but I’ve had the XS Max since it first launched. Long paid off and I haven’t found a reason to upgrade it works so well. I’ve also heard newer model screens are harder to crack but easier to scratch. So I’m really hesitant to move away from my current model. Can’t think of a good reason to even though I put a new one in my cart every year and then back out. 😅

I started as Android user. My first smartphone was OG Google Pixel. It was great phone, but after a year the battery was killing it. Charging it 2 times a day. Then i switched to Samsung galaxy S9 and i really hated it. It was like working with split personality OS. Double preinstalled (without option to remove it) google and Samsung ecosystem was real bummer. Also it was one of the worst ergonomics phone. The curved glass looks nice, but really unpractical and i really struggle to comfortable use it. After 1 year i switched to iPhone 11 Pro and it was first smartphone that after 1 year of usage i did not even thing about changing it. About storage, my whole family changed to iPhones so i am using iCloud 200GB shared family plan. After 2,5 years i still do not see the reason changing it. Yeah battery life is now 88% but i am not scared, if it drops under 80% i just order iFixIt battery replacement pack and just change it. This is the phone i am planing to use another 3 years.

I would definitely switch to Apple ecosystem but also have a cheaper Android device for apps I have already paid for and work just fine on Android. I have been waiting for Apple to add USBC to iPhones before I make a switch. I cannot stand the file system and lightning options that iPhones have. I have also been hesitant to buying a new phone since my S9. I don’t like the idea of supporting either Apple or Google since they both have anti-consumer, green-washing practices. For now, my judgement is that Apple has products that will last longer. Once USBC is added to iPhones, I foresee myself getting into Macbook and iPhone lineups (while having my S9 run for as long as I can as a secondary).

Did you adjust the brightness of the flashlight? I was disappointed until you hold down on the flashlight and adjust it to the highest setting.
