Isn’t there a problem supporting two external monitors on the m1 chip? That’s a hard no for me. Holding out hope for better external device support on the m2 along with more ports and a higher max ram. 16GB just doesn’t cut it at this price range.

I don’t know whether I got an odd model, but I kinda unhappy about the battery life of my M1 MBP as it lasts about 3-4 days of using it maybe 4 hours a day. Not that it’s bad, but still I’m a bit disappointed as I expected a bit more from all the youtubers hyping it up as much as Kalle does. Also the machine hangs itself up quite a bit and clicks don’t always get registered.

I have been using my Macbook air m1 for about 5 months, my battery health drops to 93%, with cycle count 148, is that normal?

I prefer Apple and Mac over anything else. Especially Dell. They are one of the worst companies due to quality and customer service has declined so bad over the last 5-10 years. Dell can’t compare to anything Apple. I love my M1 MacBook Pro. I maxed it out and I don’t regret it at all. I could probably have gone with the Air but either way is a near perfect system. I do have a PC but it’s only for gaming. Mac is for everything else.

What do you mean that you use Flutter? Do you mean programming using an IDE that has Flutter, like Android Studio or Visual Studio Code?

My MBA M1 tends to get extremely hot during a large scale Teams meeting, not sure why.. The single external screen limitation irritates me too however since it means I have to use that terrible DisplayLink software which makes the heat even worse in a meeting

Hi Kalle, thx for the video. I am currently using a PC but I am thinking about buying macbook pro and using it as a core for my setup with 2 monitors keyboard and a mouse. Do you think it will be fast enough or should I go for the PC upgrade? The thing is I do need to take the laptop with me as I travel which you cannot do with PC obviously
