the mag safe on both sides and headphone jack on both sides with some 4x usbc4 on both sides were very nice, but sd card reader and hdmi meh. its like adding a dinosaur tech to your new pc I guess because of the dinosaur tech dimensions its soldered onto the motherboard, logicboard. the newer tech on the other hand is still possible to have it extra without having trouble to make room for it I mean usbc4 its not solderen onto the logic board.

I NEED FACEID xD I even dont mind if the screen gets bigger maybe use it for cooling the screen, the thicker display.

My MacBook Pro 16 2019 model goes into Safeboot if I turn On the Mac after 5 hours . After restart from safeboot it works fine . Keyboard works fine and no damage at all .

Any idea why it goes into Safeboot without shift key only after 5 hours ..??

Apple deserves every single penny they charge for their products. The level of Engineering and Design they put in their product is unmatchable to any of their competitors. Apple products are the best thing to invest in if you can afford them.

Your main board looks like it is missing some components on the left side. Is it for the SSD storage? If true, does this mean that I can possibly salvage broken M1 Macs and combine them for more storage?

the only things that make me not want to get the new macbooks is intergrated storage and intergrated ram.
like seriously apple? if having to add in two DDR5 SODIMM slots and clear up a tiny bit of space for mounting an M.2 NVME or Apple Propriatary SSD would just add up even 5mm of thickness no one would care about that.
modularity like that would’ve made these new macbooks as desirable and awesome to own like the good old Unibody MacBook Pro’s were (and to some extent still are, i’m writing this on a 2012 13″ maxed out i7 unibody lol)
