Agree. bought the M1 Pro 16 and this is my best purchase for last 5 years.
I recently got the 13 inch model of the pro as a graduation gift (Apple still sells them), and I love it! The Touch Bar is good (and gets better if you get better touch tool/BTT), the screen is exquisite, the keyboard and trackpad responsive and tactile, battery long lasting, and the processer for doing stuff like Apple Arcade, or playing alien: isolation is pretty good. I want to start video creating soon here, and this Mac with LumaFusion (Thank god iPhone and iPad apps can work here, saved me over $200) will help me start it. I’m glad you like yours too mr mobile!
Kudos to Apple for making a Macbook Pro that’s actually made for professional users.
I need to take gimbal classes with you
Edit: from you
I love the 9:41 time stamp! Great review as well on the MBP <3
Knockoff Crazy Train 🙁
I’m a software tester and have been using a 16″ MacBook Pro since early January. This computer just does it all. I can do stuff for work thanks to Microsoft Office and Edge being available on the Macintosh, I have my entertainment with Apple Music and various streaming services, and it even holds its own running Final Fantasy XIV! And then there’s the battery life. Now what I do for work doesn’t push the system too hard, but I’m happy to say that I can go multiple days on a single charge.
Honestly, this is the computer I’ve been wanting since selling my Early 2011 17″ MacBook Pro. No other computer has come close (though the ThinkPad X1 Extreme was one of the best) to being as useful to me as the new 16″ model, which exceeds it’s ancestor in every conceivable way.

AMD Ryzen based laptops have better battery life than their Intel counterparts, but you haven’t reviewed one yet.
Would love a video on favorite 3rd party apps.
Hey Mr Mobile, did you ever check out the Asus ProArt? Around the $2500 line? Curious how it compares.
Mr Mobile, you have a style. That’s much needed in YouTube. Thanks for the solid consistency.
Awesome video. I prefer the flexibility of widows/android myself, but that batter life is tempting. As an aside, I think after how much you talked about how great dex is on the galaxy tab line, maybe you should check one out? Sort of a “dex daily driver ” round 2?
My experience with magsafe is that you can legitimately slide the macbook off a table with the cable alone. I can’t even pull it out of the port, I usually yank it downwards.
The rubber feet have terrible grip and slide on pretty much every surface
6:55 zero to fifty percent in 30 minutes and you brag about that? My phone comes with a smaller sized 150w and charges zero to fifty in FIVE minutes (REALME GT NEO3)
Great review as always! I’m loving the battery life on my 16” MBP!
If only the touch bar was heavily invested. I absolutely love its functionality, it just didn’t need to replace the fn buttons.
Finally a reviewer that actually says something about the notch on the Mac. Zero reason for it to be there
Really curious why they couldn’t have a function row and the touchbar.
Is there any chance that apple will bring back the headphone jack on the iphone but only on the pro phones as the “pro audio jack” or so they say
