having been an M1 mac user, I agree battery life hasn’t been that great compared to the initial months, I don’t know if that is because of new Big Sur updates or the battery itself is a low-quality one

Jon, I have been using MacBook Air for the last 5 months since January but I was concerned when my battery life was starting to get hit even with my normal workflow for school. I agree with you on fact of Chrome affecting battery life and also everyday battery life is somehow has been a bit of a down hill slope. All that aside., great video, subscribed. Thanks.

I’d say it’s normal for battery life to appear worse. You install more things. If you reset your Mac, I’m sure it would be just as good.

I am a student and i want to buy macbook air m1 (8gb, 512 gb) as my budget is around 130,000 and i want enough storage and macbook pro is (8gb, 256gb) so is it ok if i go with the macbook air ? I want for normal multitasking, web browsing, media consumption, Microsoft office and zoom meetings…NO VIDEO EDITING OR GAMING but i want smooth experience in all tasks i mentioned above and i want to use it for at least 5-6 years so is it ok if i go with the air? Does it have any heating issues in long run as it is a fanless design? I also don’t have any urgency so should i wait for new macs with m2 chip…? Sir plz answer
