I don’t know what a 4 K video is. I don’t know what a cam camera is. I will never edit a video or photo. I guess I will be ok with my new MacBook Air tomorrow.

Hi! I’m an incoming grade 12 student this year and I’ll be needing a laptop for our online classes. What should I get? The MBA i5 or Base model MBP? I’ll be doing some video calls, ms office work, a few tabs open in chrome, and maybe some applications opened side by side. And btw, I might do this everyday. Would appreciate your help, thank you! 🙂

Enjoying my base model i3 and it does everything I need it to.When doing heavy downloads, etc yes it gets warm but it’s not an overheating situation. There’s a difference between running warm/hot and overheating. A computer that overheats actually SHUTS OFF. Can’t recall the last time I’ve heard of a MacBook Air truly overheating and shutting off unless it was a super old model and pushed way beyond its scope

Does anybody know if i should get the 8gb i5 or the 16gb if I’m going to possibly have like 20 tabs open, word open, maybe zoom. I’m just worried about not having enough memory for all that at once with the 8gb.

I just want to ask for MBA 2020 i3 model. My online exams require screen sharing and camera open on chrome. Has i3 model good enough for that or could fan noise and heat problem? Please help me 🙁

Hi a lot of people going for i5 but honestly its almost the same price air i5 and pro in my country. So i will buy either macbook pro i5 or MacBook air i3. What do you think? i3 is it a bad option is it slow or louder?

Great review. It’s the only one I have actually heard the fan noise in, so that was useful to hear to know what they sound like Many videos do seem to just complain about the fans and thermal performance but do not show the sound so thanks. I write novels and blog as well as use a computer for general internet use. I also get through a lot of ebooks. Would 16gb, i5 be the best option? or 8gb i5? How would you rate i3 for my use?
