I currently have a MacBook pro for photo and video editing but am needing to upgrade. Not sure whether the MacBook air would be fast/efficient enough compared to the pro, what do you think?

Excellent video. Best description of heat and fan noise issues I have seen. Would going for an i3 processor be a false economy? I had heard that the i5 processor was noisier than the i3 and so was thinking of getting the i3 model but perhaps that wouldn’t be such a good decision to make?

This Mac sucks regarding the camera if you need to use it for long Zoom calls (ie teaching, meetings). I was not aware before I purchased. Once again Apple is aware of the poor quality, but offers zero recourse. I own a brand new device that I can’t use for the purpose I purchased it for. Don’t buy it !!
