You missed the huge issue with the cooling system. I’ve gone through 3 of these devices from apple because of the overheating issue kills the processor, was getting so many Panic errors its an un-usable machine from my experience. The fact that it happend to me 3 times… I couldn’t have just been the only one.

what about being on zoom/webex/google meet and another tab like google docs? my chromebook can’t even handle having two tabs open when i’m on a call, especially webex :/

How about the camera quality? I just bought Macbook Air 2020 and the video is terrible in doing zoom or gmeets. In these times, I think camera quality is also major concern. Any thoughts?

If you are having thermal issue, just install a thermal pad ( Available on amazon for 5$ ) in between the heat sink and the base aluminum case , it will drop your temp at least by 10 degrees . Also just an information that opening the base cover does not void your warranty.
