How easy is it to do an sd expansion for extra storage? Looking for something to replace my clunky 15″ laptop, and the storage, although fast, really couldn’t do it for me, my ipad has 128, and I have ~50 avail. I don’t need it for hard rendering or graphics, my iMac takes careof that, I need it for classes and th
And airplanes
I got the basic model with 4GB of ram and 128 GB of storage. You really only need 8GB of ram if you are doing video editing and doing a lot of things with multimedia.. if not.. 4GB of ram is plenty good.
If anyone doubts the Air, I’m Running Logic Pro and Maschine, doing professional music production on my macbook air 13 inch base model and its really fast. Greatest laptop I ever had. Haven’t tried video editing on here yet though.
is the ram upgrade-able from apple themselves?

should i buy the 13 inch air with i7 or 13inch retina the base model??
This was uploaded on my birthday
how’s the battery life? And, the “fan”…is it that destructive or not at all? Does it also overheat fast with room temperature? Please let me know as I am also confused whether to get the Air or the Pro non retina. Will just be using it for regular stuff – no gaming/heavy duties involved. please let me know. Thanks in advance:)

great review
macbook air vs lenova yoga 13
Osome review! Good job.
I’d suggest the Pro because of the added oomph in the hardware so you’ll be able to run music production software easier. I probably would suggest going for the non-retina one as well because if it’s music production, chances are you’re going to need to put a few CDs in there from time to time.
I think when using it for general everyday tasks you’ll probably get 6 hours consistently. Depending on what surface it’s resting on and what you’re doing it shouldn’t overheat or get too hot. If you’re using it for everyday things then the Air will probably be better and be more portable due to the lighter weight.
MACBOOK PRO OR MAC PRO?
Hey Guys,
Oops, I meant to continue that post, now I’m an animator but I want to move to digital, what should I buy? Air or Pro?
