Base-line 13 inch MacBook Air with upgraded 8GB RAM or High-end 13 inch MacBook Pro (2.9GHz and dual-core i7)? My main concern between the 2 is should I get the flash storage or the faster processor? (Uses: Internet, Word, Excel, watching movies on external display and making and editing photos and videos on an amateur level and I have an external hard drive)

Yeah, same question as saif7599, I will be keeping it for 4 years as well, so which one lasts longer? Which one is faster, the flash storage in the MacBook Air or the faster GHz and the Core i7 instead of i5?

OK, I will make sure I do that. I really want the 13 inch Retina Pro to come out. it would be the perfect laptop as it has the lower price of the air but still the design and graphics and things of the pro. I will definitely get the 13 inch Pro if it comes out October or November or even December.

Upgrading Ram will but very slightly, flash storage shouldn’t change anything but it differs from what SSD you want.

air cuz they both have intel hd 4000 graphics, but air has ssd and it is REALLY thin and light, only tip to you is to get an external hard drive. I have 13 inch air base model 2012

for everybody watching this video, it helped me a lot. I chose 13 inch air base model and it its great! I have a gaming pc too so i dont need pro. For web, happy wheels and even minecraft it is a good choice

but you can’t change the battery if it dies in a couple of years. Wouldn’t a regular MacBook pro better?

Yeah…. I was going to buy a Macbook Pro or Air earlier this month but I just found the HP Envy 3277nr. That thing is a beast. 2.3GHz Intel Core i7 3rd gen – 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM – 17.3″ Full HD 1920×1080 display – Blu ray player – Beats audio – backlit keyboard – Bluetooth – 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN – 4 USB 3.0 ports, and an HDMI port. It’s only $1,300. It’s a no brainer.

after i saw all your videos about macbook ,,i just bought it few days ago,,, love it so much,,,, after many years with windows,,, wow,, what a new world i am coming in with Macbook……. my question is,,,do i have to download antivirus on macbook ,,,,??? thank you Sir,,, very nice review
