I’m having trouble finding comparable benchmarks, but I found a couple videos showing similar frame rates for RE Village on the RTX 4070 Ti at 4K max settings. I’m not sure how that compares to high settings, but it would be interesting to see an integrated GPU trade blows with a discrete desktop RTX 4070 Ti.

5000$ for playing at 30fps 😅 I don’t thinks it’s good deal . If you can buy 5000$ mac you can ad 3500$ for windows PC where you can play at 4k 120fpz

The problem with the M2 Ultra is that the GPU only has about HALF the power of a current high end discrete GPU. That’s really not good enough. Apple needs to build the four-chip part that was rumoured.

Hey can you please do a step by step tutorial on how to launch games on the Game porting toolkit WITHOUT the performance HUD showing on the top right & also how how to create a shortcut to launch steam after installing it through the game porting toolkit , ive seen the instructions but I’m still struggling to get both of those things to work.

My m1 max gets better performance in 4k than that m2 ultra on layers of fear. it really makes me unimpressed with the ultras for m1 and m2 since they both have scaling issues/bugs

Is it right that GTA 5 may hit the 60fps when the resolution is lower? Andrew only mentions that he is playing it in 4K. I wish Andrew would go more into GTA in general. In other videos he doesn’t mention GTA very often, but GTA is the most popular game. It is very interesting to see how it runs on MAC.

Thank u for making all of these tests👍 M2 Ultra confirms what we’ve seen on M1 Ultra that putting 2 Max chips in one isn’t the same when they are made as single chip with monolithic die. Multi chip/chiplet on single package isn’t the same thing as one chip designed from ground up.
