i am really interested in buying it, but xiaomi eu rom cannot be flashed to it due to no snapdragon SOC

I believe sometimes boring is slept on the M2 MacBook pro will be more than enough for the average consumer I have a base model 2020 magic keyboard intel model and I will be getting the M2 pro due to its price and design I love my current one but I know apple silicon you can still get great value for this computer I skipped the M1 but will definitely buy M2 pro I love the touch bar I believe its cool 😎only reason I am updating is to get future proofed and great battery life love typing on the magic keyboard. $1,200 dollars is not bad at all for this computer

Apple really wants to clear these old chassis, I believe they kept the old air and this 13inch pro chassis to clear components, now if they kept this as m1 nobody will buy these to review, and everyone will be angry it’s not updated, the m1 MacBook Air is there and the cheapest, will be discounted often so no problem clearing stock. So when the next refresh comes maybe they will drop the new air price and these will get discounted till they go out of stock permanently.

Would be nice to see a comparison between M1 pro and M2 battery life. I’m trying to decide whether MBP 14 would have much lower battery life compared to my MBA M1 or not.
