I’m pretty stunned that these machines don’t support dual monitors. I usually use an ultra wide so it wouldn’t impact me but you would like to have the option

In a vacuum every apple mac is good but when you have air then it is not good🤓👍

A proper well rounded review Ben👍👍. I agree with your assessment this does have a small audience. Which is a strange thing for apple to do! But still for some its worth consideration.

Yes, Apple says this sells well and although with the new Air I suspect Apple feels demand will be lower, they have somewhat rectified this by keeping the cost the same. So the same MB Air M2 (10-core GPU) will also cost $1300. Therefore with the price equal it comes down to what you prefer? Better battery, TouchBar, fan, studio mics and bigger chassis (thermals) on the Pro, or the 1080p webcam, MagSafe, new design, slightly larger display and better speakers of the Air M2? For my usage I would choose the M2 Pro but I already have the M1 Pro 13 so moot for me, but I really do not read as much into the differential as others do, and boils down to subjective preferences.

Hello Ben. I have a 2020 Macbook Pro M1 with touchbar, and i didn’t like it first, but now it seems quite good, and i cannot change to a 14 due to the Notch and no touchbar… But i really think that apple is just recycling or selling overstock parts with this new macbook pro 13 M2.

Thanks Ben for the Test. Interesting, really. I love my M1 Pro MacBook. Totally worth the money compared to an Intel Laptop.
