Actual MBA 2022 cost is much higher though. $1500 for 16GB RAM & 512GB SSD. Who can survive without those two specs ? It is not possible

You know some how when other windows laptops are trying funky ways to win against mac, i believe gram are still on clean, feature packed & neat looking ones out there in market. But they don’t get much attention ;(

Apple is just killing it. Best laptop. Best phone. Best smartwatch. Best tablet. Best computer. No better time to be “trapped” in Apple’s ecosystem. I mean, it has been true for many years now. If I wanted to spend money on any of the products above, Apple will be my first choice. It’s a no brainer.

The m2 air having better performance than ultrabooks is useless, because most people buy these as browsing machines with the arm software incompatiblility limiting most program, honestly you could swap the m2 for an equivalent amd/intel level benchmark with better battery life which would make more sense.
The build, software update stability and battery life is the only selling Point of MacBooks now

I might buy the next gen MacBook when it comes out next year. It’ll be good for use when I am not home. It’s either that or upgrade my PC to the 4000 series Nvidia Cards with better CPU

I understand that for the same price of the MacBook Air 2, I can get XPS13 or ZenBook with the same or slightly better performance, but in two or three years when I need to upgrade, what are their resale values look like (in the US)? Still the same? If not, how can the difference is never mentioned in this kind of review video?
